تاثیر اسلیت ها بر روی بخش پراش پرتو x نمونه پودری zno در سیستم xrd ،mpd3000 بررسی شد. موقعیت پنج قله اول در بخش های xrd برای پیکربندی های متفاوت اسلیت های واگرا، ضد پراکندگی و دریافت کننده مقایسه شد. نتایج نشان داد که با استفاده از اسلیت های عریض تر شمارش در واحد ثانیه افزایش می یابد. دو ترکیب (mm3/0 c=و?2 b=و ?2=a) و (mm3/0 c=و?2 b=و ?4=a) قله هایی با بیشترین شمارش در واحد ثانیه را می دهند....
