ABSTRACT To evaluate the Prevalence of color vision abnormalities in gilan . 500 men and 401 women were selected randomly and tested with Ishihara color blindness booklet. We found 36 men and only one woman with color vision abnormality. The most frequent type was RedGreen color blindness (4.8%). 7% of gilamian males have color vision defects.
