به منظور بررسی ساختار ژنتیکی سگ ماهی کسلر (paraschistura kessleri) که از گونه های بومی آب شیرین ایران است، تعداد 84 نمونه از رودخانه های رادکان، زاوین و کارده واقع در استان خراسان رضوی جمع آوری و با استفاده از شش جایگاه ریزماهواره ای ارزیابی شد. تمام جایگاه های مورد استفاده چند شکلی نشان دادند. نتایج نشان داد که سگ ماهی کسلر از غنای آللی (میانگین تعداد آلل: 16/9) و هتروزیگوسیتی مناسبی (میانگین ...
