در این پایان نامه ابتدا ساختار اسپینی روی (so(n -کلاف های اصلی مانند ξ، با فضای پایه b را معرفی و پارامتری سازی می کنیم. سپس مانع وجودی یک ساختار اسپینی را بررسی خواهیم کرد و نشان می دهیم در صورتی که مانعی روی ساختارهای اسپینی وجود نداشته باشد، تعداد ساختارهای اسپینی مجزا روی ξ برابر تعداد عناصر (h^1(b,z_2 است. همچنین ساختار اسپینی روی منیفلد اسپینی s^2 را به طور مبسوط مورد بررسی قرار می دهیم.
