We present a 76-year-old Japanese male with tinea faciei, corporis, and unguium dermatophytoma. performed fungal culture confirmed the causative fungus to be Trichophyton rubrum. treated patient using oral fosravuconazole l-lysine ethanolate (F-RVCZ).
