in this paper, for a complete lattice l, we introduce interval-valued l-fuzzy ideal (prime ideal) of a near-ring which is an extended notion of fuzzy ideal (prime ideal) of a near-ring. some characterization and properties are discussed.

We construct the classical ring of quotients of the algebra of continuous real-valued functions with countable range. Our construction is a slight modification of the construction given in [3]. We supply an example showing that the two constructions can be different.
