In this paper, we give some results on the common fixed point of self-mappings defined on complete $b$-metric spaces. Our results generalize Kannan and Chatterjea fixed point theorems on complete $b$-metric spaces. In particular, we show that two self-mappings satisfying a contraction type inequality have a unique common fixed point. We also give some examples to illustrate the given results.

In this paper, some fixed point theorems for nonexpansive mappings in partially ordered spherically complete ultrametric spaces are proved. In addition, we investigate the existence of fixed points for nonexpansive mappings in partially ordered non-Archimedean normed spaces. Finally, we give some examples to discuss the assumptions and support our results.

In the paper‎, ‎some new existence theorems of maximal elements for‎ ‎$mathscr{F}_{C,theta}$-mappings and $mathscr{F}_{C,theta}$-majorized mappings are established‎. ‎As applications, ‎some new existence theorems of equilibrium points for‎ ‎one-person games‎, ‎qualitative games and generalized games are obtained‎. ‎Our results unify and generalize most known results‎ ‎in recent literature‎.

In this paper, we introduce a pair of generalized proximal contraction mappings and prove the existence of a unique best proximity point for such mappings in a complete metric space. We provide examples to illustrate our result. Our result extends some of the results in the literature.

In this paper, we study the iterations of quasi $phi$-nonexpansive mappings and its applications in Banach spaces. At the first, we prove strong convergence of the sequence generated by the hybrid proximal point method to a common fixed point of a family of quasi $phi$-nonexpansive mappings.  Then, we give  applications of our main results in equilibrium problems.
