Let R be an associative ring with identity, C(R) be the category of com-plexes of R-modules and Flat(C(R)) be the class of all at complexes of R-modules. We show that the at cotorsion theory (Flat(C(R)); Flat(C(R))−)have enough injectives in C(R). As an application, we prove that for each atcomplex F and each complex Y of R-modules, Exti (F,X)= 0, whenever Ris n-perfect and i > n.

We show that every semi-artinian module which is contained in a direct sum of finitely presented modules in $si[M]$, is weakly co-semisimple if and only if it is regular in $si[M]$. As a consequence, we observe that every semi-artinian ring is regular in the sense of von Neumann if and only if its simple modules are $FP$-injective.

In this paper, we introduce a generalization of Hilbert $C^*$-modules which are pre-Finsler modules, namely, $C^{*}$-semi-inner product spaces. Some properties and results of such spaces are investigated, specially the orthogonality in these spaces will be considered. We then study bounded linear operators on $C^{*}$-semi-inner product spaces.
