Background and Objective: Chronic renal failure (CRF) may have many effects on nervous system and manifest as headache, seizure, dialysis disequilibrium syndrome, cerebral hemorrhage, hypertensive encephalopathy, uremic neuropathy, and some neurologic complications of transplantation.
