Most cases of Ewing's sarcoma are reported in the bone, and extraosseous Ewing's sarcoma is an extremely rare disease. Here, we report a rare case of primary pulmonary Ewing's sarcoma in a patient with hemoptysis. The patient underwent right upper lung lobe lobectomy with adjuvant chemotherapy and radiation therapy and has been free of recurrent disease for 4 years.

We herein report a rare case of extraosseous calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor with local aggressive behavior. CT and MR imaging showed the distinctive appearances of this histologic entity. We briefly discuss the radiologic features of calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor and the relevant literature.

Extraosseous multiple myeloma involving the larynx is rare. We describe a patient with multiple myeloma and a plasmacytoma involving the thyroid cartilage. Ossification of the thyroid cartilage with formation of a marrow space could explain the occurrence of multiple myeloma in this unusual location.
