Molecular dynamics simulation of the interaction between the Tenebrio molitor alpha-amylase and its inhibitor at different proportion of crystal water was carried out with OPLS force field by hyperchem 7.5 software. In the correlative study, the optimal temperature of wheat monomeric and dimeric protein inhibitors was from 273 K to 318 K. The the average temperature of experimentation is 289 K....
The transition behavior and dynamics of ionic transport were strongly influenced by changes in the crystal structure and interaction field of the crystalline ionic gel electrolytes with respect to chemical compositions, as proven by impedance, (7)Li NMR, PCA and 2D IR COS.
In this work, we measured the correlator spectrum of optically cooled nuclear spin system a bulk n-GaAs crystal in zero magnetic field. The resulting is described by two contours, which can be interpreted as participation spins types interactions. We analyzed model for classical moments GaAs lattice. analysis showed that main contribution to high-frequency part due dipole-dipole interaction, an...
The interaction of conduction electrons with a longitudinal sound wave propagating in a crystal in a constant magnetic field is investigated. It is shown that the transverse spin current arises when the longitudinal sound wave propagation through the system. The average power absorbed by the spin subsystem of the conduction electrons and the spin-Hall conductivity have a resonant character.
We report inelastic neutron scattering measurements and random phase approximation calculations of the dispersive crystal field excitations of UPd(3). The measured spectra at lower energies agree with those calculated using quadrupolar interaction parameters deduced from bulk and x-ray scattering measurements. The more intense excitations arising from the hexagonal sites were used to obtain exc...
A mean‐field modeling study of the interaction between hydrogen and a palladium (110) single crystal
2.1 NONLINEAR OPTICAL PHENOMENA Nonlinear optics (NLO) is the study of the interaction of intense electromagnetic field with materials to produce modified fields that are different from the input field in phase, frequency or amplitude. It is a vast area, and undoubtedly one of the most important areas of physics with a diverse range of applications. The field of nonlinear optics is understood t...
