We present results on the spectrum of B mesons and heavy baryons, using a non-relativistic formulation for the heavy and a clover action for the light quark. We also discuss B meson decay constants and their dependency upon the heavy meson mass.

We investigate the constraints imposed on the weak mixing angles by the K "-K " mass matrix and B meson decay in left-right symmetric gauge thee ries. In a class of such theories with manifest left-right symmetry the domain of Kobayashi-Maskawa angles allowed by the Ki-Kz mass difference has no overlap with-that allowed by B meson decay.

We apply HQET to semi-leptonic B meson decays into a variety of excited charm states. Using three realistic meson models with fermionic light degrees of freedom, we examine the extent that the sum of exclusive single charmed states account for the inclusive semi-leptonic B decay rate. The consistency of form factors with the Bjorken and Voloshin sum rules is also investigated.

We discuss a novel pertubative QCD approach on the exclusive non-leptonic two body B-meson decays. We briefly review its ingredients and some important theoretical issues on the factorization approaches. We show numerical results which is compatible with recent experimantal data for the charmless B-meson decays.

We present measurements of the inclusive semileptonic branching fractions of charged and neutral B mesons using 20.6 fb−1 of data measured at the Υ (4S) with the BABAR detector.
