Lichen planus is a relatively common mucocutaneous lesion in adults but it rarely seen paediatric patients. Here we presenting case of oral lichen 10 years old boy. The diagnosis was made on the basis clinical features only. Topical steroid therapy most given planus. This wastreated with novel treatment modality topical tacrolimus 0.03% and patient responded well to treatment.
