Acne keloidalis nuchae is an unusual form of progressive chronic folliculitis with cicatricial alopecia that affects the nape neck. Rarely, it can lead to severe scarring tumor like masses where treatment becomes challenging. We present a case report such patient who underwent local excision for mass good recovery.
