Atrial myxomas is the most prevalent benign heart tumor which is presented with a wide variety of symptoms. We introduce a case who suffered left atrial myxoma associated with clinical weakness and thorombocytopenia. The clinical symptoms of the patient rapidly disappeared one week after cardial myxoma resection.
