In this paper, the role of radiation elements in the performance of reflect array antenna is studied, and each element is designed and simulated and the phase response is compared. Also, the relations needed for designing reflect array antenna are discussed and one sample reflect array antenna is designed in the KU band and the results are presented.

We developed a portable ultra-wideband radar system capable of reconfigurable operation in multiple frequency bands (separate or simultaneous) spanning from microwaves through millimeter waves. The instrument provides compact solution for fine-resolution measurements elevation changes and superficial snow/firn thickness low-altitude, mid-sized airborne platforms. In this article, we provide an ...

The principal instrument of the SWOT mission is KaRIn, a Ka-band interferometric SAR system operating on two near nadir swaths on opposite sides of the satellite track. This article describes the specificities of images from such a SAR system as compared to images acquired by conventional spaceborne SAR systems. Both radiometric and geometric aspects are covered.
Introduction Conclusions References
The paper reviews some of the most relevant problems which are expected in realizing some of the satelllite-based Resource Sharing Systems envisaged in the next future. Important issues like the necessary input information, the dynamic properties the system must possess, the strategies and the needed margins are considered and some preliminary results coming from recent studies presented.
