The generalized closed sets in point set topology have been found considerable interest among general topologists. In this paper, we introduce and study topological properties of g*Λ closed and open sets and its relationships with other generalized closed sets are investigated.

In this paper, another generalized class of τ⋆ called mildly Igω-closed sets is introduced and the notion of mildly Ig-ω-open sets in ideal topological spaces is introduced and studied. The relationships of mildly Igω-closed sets with various other sets are investigated.

Arenas et al. [1] introduced the notion of lambda-closed sets as a generalization of locally closed sets. In this paper, we introduce the notions of lambda-locally closed sets, Lambda_lambda-closed sets and lambda_g-closed sets and obtain some decompositions of closed sets and continuity in topological spaces.
