Sinonasal and pharyngeal mass lesion of Extraskeletal Ewing sarcomas (EEWSs) are extremely rare. Herein we present a case EEWSs ethmoid sinus extending into nasal spaces mimicking as angiofibroma clinically. Histopathological examination in conjunction with immunohistochemistry puzzled out the diagnostic dilemma.
