Angiolipoma is a rare benign soft tissue tumor, an unusual variant of lipoma, consisting of fatty and vascular components and located in the subcutis, usually in the trunk and extremities. We report a case of posterior mediastinal angiolipoma extending into the spinal canal and showing both fat and angiomatous features on CT scan.

Angiomatous malformation of the muscle around the knee joint is an extremely uncommon cause of recurrent swelling of the joint. We report a case of a 13-year-old boy who presented with recurrent episodes of knee joint swelling. Though the history and physical examination was typical, magnetic resonance imaging clinched the diagnosis.

Vocal fold polyps usually occur on the anterior or middle part of the membranous vocal fold and are the commonest laryngeal pathology requiring surgical removal. We report on six cases of small vocal polyps (4 cases angiomatous polyps and 2 gelatinous) that completely resolved using conservative treatment. Not every case of polyps requires surgical removal.
