Purpose: To analyze 68 Ga-PSMA-617 PET/CT or PET/MR and delayed images in patients diagnosed with suspicion of prostate cancer, to explore the optimal use for initial diagnosis staging cancer. Methods: Images from conventional scan by Ga-PSMA whole-body followed pelvic were retrospectively analyzed. Prostatic uptake was measured as SUVmax1 (conventional 1 h post injection) SUVmax2 (delayed 3 in...
: We have investigated the initial stage of hydrolysis process of Ga-terminated GaN surfaces by using first-principles theoretical calculations. We found that the activation barrier of H2O dissociation at the kinked site of the Ga-terminated GaN surface is about 0.8 eV, which is significantly lower than that at the stepped site of about 1.2 eV. This is consistent with the experimental observati...
Two different ferromagnetic-paramagnetic transitions are detected in (Ga,Mn)As/GaAs(001) epilayers from ac susceptibility measurements: transition at a higher temperature results from (Ga,Mn)As cluster phases with [110] uniaxial anisotropy and that at a lower temperature is associated with a ferromagnetic (Ga,Mn)As matrix with 100 cubic anisotropy. A change in the magnetic easy axis from [100] ...
We define Hodge structures as representations, and introduce the Mumford–Tate group MT(H) of a rational Hodge structure. We give a characterization of MT(H) based on properties of reductive groups, and study it for elliptic curves and their powers. We define what it means for a Hodge structure to arise from an abelian variety (as is the case for K3 surfaces), and then focus on cases in which th...
We report high-resolution hard x-ray photoemission spectroscopy results on (Ga,Mn)As films as a function of Mn doping. Supported by theoretical calculations we identify, for both low (1%) and high (13%) Mn doping values, the electronic character of the states near the top of the valence band. Magnetization and temperature-dependent core-level photoemission spectra reveal how the delocalized cha...

Stable dark red (M = Al) or dark green (M = Ga) neutral radicals {[PhB(mu-NtBu)2]2M} are obtained by the oxidation of their corresponding anions with iodine, and EPR spectra supported by DFT calculations show that the spin density is equally delocalized over all four nitrogen atoms in these spiroconjugated systems.
