استخراج dna به روش ctab انجام گردید. واکنش زنجیرهای پلیمراز با استفاده از آغازگرهای شناسایی کننده قطعه its قارچ های دنبلان خانواده توبرکولاسه ، بنام آغازگرهای حفاظت شده fun1 و fun2، انجام شد و باندهایی در اندازههای متفاوت ایجاد گردید. با توجه به نتیجه بدست آمده مشخص گردید که این نمونهها مخلوطی از گونهها/ جنس های متفاوت از هم بودند. براساس قطعات تکثیر شده، این ایزوله ها در سه گروه طبقه بندی شد.
