Here we present preprocessed MRI data of 265 participants from the Consortium for Neuropsychiatric Phenomics (CNP) dataset. The preprocessed dataset includes minimally preprocessed data in the native, MNI and surface spaces accompanied with potential confound regressors, tissue probability masks, brain masks and transformations. In addition the preprocessed dataset includes unthresholded group ...

We show that the exact beta–function of 4D N = 2 SYM plays the role of the inverse of the metric in the WDVV–like equations F ikl β lm F mnj = F jkl β lm F mni. The conjecture that the WDVV–like equations are equivalent to the identity between the u–modulus and the prepotential F , seen as a superconformal anomaly, sheds light on the recently considered C–theorem for the N = 2 SYM field theories.

Introduction: Angelman syndrome (AS) is a genetic disorder characterized by mental retardation, speech impairment, and gait apraxia. Speech impairment is universal but severity differs, which can be characterized by myelination delay or a deficit of white matter associated with language production and conception, especially of arcuate fasciculus (AF) bridging Broca’s and Wernicke’s areas. We pr...

OBJECTIVE It is not known whether individuals with bulimic-type eating disorders have a dysregulation of brain pathways that modulate appetite. Taste plays a role in the regulation of appetite and the purpose of the current study was to determine whether bulimic women have alterations in the physiologic response to the blind administration of glucose. METHOD To avoid the confounding effects o...

The basal forebrain contains several interdigitating anatomical structures, including the diagonal band of Broca, the basal nucleus of Meynert, the ventral striatum, and also cell groups underneath the globus pallidus that bridge the centromedial amygdala to the bed nucleus of the stria terminalis. Among the cell populations, the magnocellular, cholinergic corticopetal projection neurons have r...

Azathioprine (AZA) was originally developed as a pro-drug of the cytotoxic agent 6-mercaptopurine (6-MP). It was assumed that the methylnitroimidazole (MNI) group attached to 6-MP served only as thiol protecting moiety and was pharmacologically inactive. However, in this study we confirm that the novel compound, 3-[(1-methyl-4-nitro-1H-imidazol-5-yl)thio]-4-methyl-1,2,4-triazole (MNITMT) lackin...

BACKGROUND The default mode network (DMN) has been linked to a number of mental disorders including schizophrenia. However, the abnormal connectivity of DMN in early onset schizophrenia (EOS) has been rarely reported. METHODS Independent component analysis (ICA) was used to investigate functional connectivity (FC) of the DMN in 32 first-episode adolescents with EOS and 32 age and gender-match...

template, here we suggest to morph a standardized brain model onto the individual brains. By using the identical transformation function a standard MNI based three dimensional source model grid is transformed to an individual surface grid. Doing so each source grid knot is located at an individual position but represents a standardized MNI brain area. These individual but representative source ...

Micronuclei (MNi) can originate either from chromosome breakage or chromosome malsegregation events and are therefore ideal biomarkers to investigate genomic instability. Studies in peripheral lymphocytes of patients with neurodegenerative diseases, mainly Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Parkinson's disease (PD), revealed an increased micronucleus (MN) frequency in both disorders but originating m...
