Let L be a positive definite even lattice of rank one and V + L be the fixed points of the lattice VOA VL associated to L under an automorphism of VL lifting the −1 isometry of L. A set of generators and the full automorphism group of V + L are determined.

We introduce two K-theories, one for vector bundles whose fibers are modules of vertex operator algebras, another for vector bundles whose fibers are modules of associative algebras. We verify the cohomological properties of these K-theories, and construct a natural homomorphism from the VOA K-theory to the associative algebra K-theory.

We investigate vertex operator algebras L(k, 0) associated with modular-invariant representations for an affine Lie algebra A (1) 1 , where k is ’admissible’ rational number. We show that VOA L(k, 0) is rational in the category O and find all irreducible representations in the category of weight modules.
