Intratesticular arteriovenous malformation (AVM) is an extremely rare benign testicular lesion. Ultrasonography (US) usually reveals a hypoechoic solid vascular mass within the testicular parenchyma. Yolk sac tumor is the most common tumor of testis in children below 3 years. Most of these tumors present as painless, enlarged testicular masses. They are most frequently associated with elevated alpha fetoprotein (AFP) levels. We report a case of yolk sac tumor in an 11 month old child who presented as a painless testicular mass.

Splenogonadal fusion is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by congenital fusion between the spleen and testicular tissue. In the literature, there are approximately 175 reported cases, and most of them are associated with cryptorchidism. In this article, we report an unusual case of splenogonadal fusion that was pre-diagnosed as a solid testicular mass in a patient who underwent orchiectomy.
