In this article, we introduce a new multi-step iteration for approximating a common fixed point of a finite class of multi-valued Bregman relatively nonexpansive mappings in the setting of reflexive Banach spaces. We prove a strong convergence theorem for the proposed iterative algorithm under certain hypotheses. Additionally, we also use our results for the solution of variational inequality p...
We use a hybrid iterative method to find a common element of the set of fixed points of an infinite family of Lipschitzian quasi-nonexpansive mappings, the set of solutions of the general system of the variational inequality and the set of solutions of the generalized mixed equilibrium problem in real Hilbert spaces. We also show that our main strong convergence theorem for finding that common ...
In this paper, we first introduce a new Halpern-type iterative scheme to approximate common fixed points of an infinite family of quasi-nonexpansive mappings and obtain a strongly convergent iterative sequence to the common fixed points of these mappings in a uniformly convex Banach space. We then apply our method to approximate zeros of an infinite family of accretive operators and derive a st...
In this paper, we study a multi-step iterative scheme with errors involving N nonexpansive mappings in the Banach space. Some weak and strong convergence theorems for approximation of common fixed points of nonexpansive mappings are proved using this iteration scheme. The results extend and improve the corresponding results of [1].
In this paper we established strong and weak convergence theorems for a multi-step iterative scheme with errors for nonself asymptotically nonexpansive mappings in the real uniformly convex Banach space. Our results extend and improve the ones announced by Lin Wang [Lin Wang, Strong and weak convergence theorems for common fixed points of nonself asymptotically nonexpansive mappings, J. Math. A...
In this paper, we study a fixed-point problem with set-valued mapping by using an algorithm based on unions of nonexpansive mappings. We show that approximate solution is reached after finite number iterations in the presence computational errors. This result extension results known literature.
In this paper, two examples of quasi-firmly type nonexpansive mappings are given to prove that the concept is different from nonexpansive mapping. Furthermore, it is studied to the convergence of the sequence of successive approximations for this class of mappings only when the super limit of iteration coefficients is less than 1. In particular, the Picard iteration {T x0} of such a mapping con...
