目的：观察改良后路腰椎体间融合术（PLIF）治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法：选取2019年6月-2020年6月我院收治的62例腰椎管狭窄症患者为研究对象，按照是否行改良PLIF治疗将患者分为对照组（31例：行传统PLIF治疗）与实验组（31例：行改良PLIF治疗），比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：实验组患者术后3个月总有效率（96.77%）显著高于对照组，数据差异明显（P<0.05）。实验组患者术后半年视觉模拟VAS评分以及Oswestry生活功能障碍指数（ODI）均优于对照组，数据差异明显（P<0.05）。结论：腰椎管狭窄症患者改良PLIF治疗效果明显优于传统PLIF治疗效果。
