要旨: 聴覚障害のある教員 (聴覚障害教員) の職業生活と課題に関する質問紙調査結果を用い, 内容妥当性, 構成概念妥当性, 内的整合性など信頼性を確認して, 評価尺度 (40項目) を作成した。本尺度の項目は内容から, 国際生活機能分類 (ICF, WHO) における参加制約, 対応行動, 精神衛生の水準に対応すると解釈された。聴覚障害教員における参加制約は, 聴覚情報の制約, 他職員の障害理解, 保護者や児童生徒との関係, 障害による不安と懸念などの因子で規定されていた。とくに, 聴児を担当する教員や中等度難聴を有する教員において, 聞こえる児童等との関係形成に制約が生じ, 不安・懸念が大きい傾向が示された。課題の解決には, 教育職の意義の自覚に基づいた対応行動形成が重要であると指摘した。本尺度を用いて, 聴覚障害教員の職業生活と課題について個別に検討することで, 教育現場での参...
