症例は62歳，男性．左鼠径部の膨隆を主訴に受診した．血液検査所見では特記事項は認めなかった．CTでは左内鼠径ヘルニアが疑われ，嵌頓や腸閉塞はなく，内膀胱上窩ヘルニアに特徴的な所見は明らかではなかった．術前には内鼠径ヘルニアが疑われていたが，術中に内膀胱上窩ヘルニア・内鼠径ヘルニア・外鼠径ヘルニアの併存を認め，transabdominal preperitoneal approach（TAPP）を施行．術後経過は良好であった．今回，稀な疾患である内膀胱上窩ヘルニアに併存型鼠径部ヘルニアを併存した症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
