in this paper we characterize hyper mv -algebras in which 0 or1 are scalar elements . we prove that any nite hyper mv -algebra that 0is a scaler element in it, is an mv -algebra. finally we characterize hypermv -algebras of order 2 and order 3.

hypercoagulable states are a group of conditions associated with an enhanced tendency toward blood clotting. although usual clinical manifestations of hypercoagulable states are thrombotic events such as deep venous thrombosis, hematoma can also occurs as a result of hypercoagulability in some patients. several inherited or acquired conditions may lead to hypercoagulable states. some of them in...

Background: The lack of standardized skin test products to determine a patient’s (hyper-) sensitivity to medications has required physicians to empirically develop their own testing procedures. These approaches include puncture and intradermal skin tests, patch tests and medication challenges. Desensitization protocols are also frequently used when the necessity of a particular medication is ur...

Abstract: In this article we propose a maximal a posteriori (MAP) criterion for model selection in the motif discovery problem and investigate conditions under which the MAP asymptotically gives a correct prediction of model size. We also investigate robustness of the MAP to prior specification and provide guidelines for choosing prior hyper-parameters for motif models based on sensitivity cons...

BACKGROUND The metabolic syndrome (MetS) as defined by the National Cholesterol Education Panel definition has been proposed as an indicator of cardiovascular disease risk. Both apolipoprotein (apo)B and non-HDL cholesterol (NHDLC) have been proposed as an additional indicator to identify patients at higher risk in MetS patients. METHODS AND RESULTS We studied 1522 individuals in the Insulin ...

objectives: it is important to recognize any risk factors for the development of injuries in the athletic population. the aim of this study was to investigate the association between joint hyper mobility and low back pain in iranian hyper mobile and non-hyper mobile athletes. methods: 50 athletic patients with low back pain (age=23.20±12.79 years) and 51 healthy athletes (age=24.28±13.70) from ...

PURPOSE To estimate the risk-benefit trade-off of a pediatric-inspired regimen versus hyperfractionated cyclophosphamide, vincristine, doxorubicin, and dexamethasone (hyper-CVAD) for first-line treatment of adolescents/young adult (AYA; ages 16-39 years) patients with Philadelphia-negative acute lymphoblastic leukemia. METHODS Patient outcomes were simulated using a 6-state Markov model, incl...

Recommendations for the standardisation of bronchial challenge were made in 1985, and updated in 1993. However, neither document recommended a single protocol or even criteria that would recommend the adoption of a particular method. Even the terminology lacks uniformity, bronchial responsiveness being used in this review in the hope that it oVends the fewest number of readers. Distinction has ...

In this paper rst we dene the notions of positive implicativehyper MV -ideals of types 1,2,3 and 4 in hyper MV -algebras and we investigatethe relationship between of them . Then by some examples we show that thesenotions are not equivalent. Finally we give some relations between these notionsand the notions of (weak) hyper MV -ideals and (weak) hyper MV -deductivesystems of hyper MV -algebras.

Arousal has long been known to influence behavior and serves as an underlying component of cognition and consciousness. However, the consequences of hyper-arousal for visual perception remain unclear. The present study evaluates the impact of hyper-arousal on two aspects of visual sensitivity: visual stereoacuity and contrast thresholds. Sixty-eight participants participated in two experiments....
