【目的】本研究の目的は，入院化学療法中の造血器腫瘍患者の倦怠感に関連する要因を明らかにすることである．【方法】本研究は後方視研究である．対象は入院中に化学療法を実施した造血器腫瘍患者90名とした．総合的，身体的，精神的，認知的倦怠感をそれぞれ従属変数とし，基本情報，ADL, Performance Status，不安・抑うつ，身体症状，栄養状態を独立変数として単回帰分析を実施した．単回帰分析で有意差を認めた項目を独立変数として，重回帰分析を実施した．【結果】総合的倦怠感を従属変数とした重回帰分析では抑うつが関連する要因として抽出された．さらに，身体的倦怠感は痛みの有無と抑うつ，精神的倦怠感はmFIMと抑うつが関連する要因として抽出された．【結論】倦怠感の症状がある造血器腫瘍患者に対しては，抑うつや痛み，ADLなどの倦怠感の原因に着目して対応する必要性が示唆された．
