We present a case of Stevens-Johnson syndrome of acute clinical course with massive occupation of the mucus membranes of the respiratory system, oral cavity, genitals and conjunctiva in a patient with pneumonia. A probable etiological factor was infection with Mycoplasma pneumoniae, however clarithromycin could be another potential inducing factor.

CHARGE association is a heterogeneous condition that affects several organ systems, including the eye, ear, nose, heart, and genitals. Hearing loss is a common finding in CHARGE association; therefore, audiologists and otolaryngologists need to be familiar with this relatively common entity.

Six patients were seen with primary syphilitic chancres on their fingers between 1965 and 1980. Of these, two had bipolar chancres on their fingers and genitals resulting from sexual foreplay. Because syphilis is rarely suspected in such cases diagnostic errors are common.

We present a three years young female child who had multiple skin colored papular lesions over the genitals. Skin biopsy revealed features of lymphangioma circumscriptum.
