In this note, we aim to present some properties of the space of all weakly fuzzy bounded linear operators, with the Bag and Samanta’s operator norm on Felbin’s-type fuzzy normed spaces. In particular, the completeness of this space is studied. By some counterexamples, it is shown that the inverse mapping theorem and the Banach-Steinhaus’s theorem, are not valid for this fuzzy setting. Also...

One of the problems with the traditional mapping of soils is the expert’s opinion, it time-consuming and timely preparation, and the updating of the maps. While digital soil mapping, using different soil-earth models leads to the simplification of the complexity of the soil system. The purpose of this study was to investigate Soil-Environment Inference (SIE) in soil mapping with an emphasis on ...

In this paper, we consider fuzzy fractional partial differential equations under Caputo generalized Hukuhara differentiability. Some new results on the existence and uniqueness of two types of fuzzy solutions are studied via  weakly contractive mapping in the partially ordered metric space. Some application examples are presented to illustrate our main results.

The concept of a fuzzy set was introduced by Zadeh [13], and later Chang [3] defined fuzzy topological spaces. These spaces and their generalizations are later studied by several authors, one of which, developed by Šostak [11, 12], used the idea of degree of openness. This type of generalization of fuzzy topological spaces was later rephrased by Chattopadhyay et al. [4], and by Ramadan [10]. In...

This study proposes a novel Intuitionistic fuzzy c-least squares support vector regression (IFCLSSVR) with sammon mapping clustering algorithm. The proposed clustering algorithm can obtain the advantages of intuitionistic fuzzy sets, LSSVR, and sammon mapping in actual clustering problems. Moreover, IFC-LSSVR with sammon mapping adopts particle swarm optimization (PSO) to search optimal paramet...

The growth of cities represents huge problems for modern societies. Monitoring, analysing and modelling the urban dynamic call for detailed mapping of urban land-use. Traditionally, urban land-use mapping is based on orthophotos and satellite images, but deriving land-use from remote-sensing alone is not satisfactory. The Danish Building & Dwelling Register is a database containing detailed inf...

Analysis of attitude stabilization of a power-aided unicycle points out that a unicycle behaves like an inverted pendulum subject to power constraint. An LQR-mapped fuzzy controller is introduced to solve this nonlinear issue by mapping LQR control reversely through least square and Sugeno-type fuzzy inference. The fuzzy rule surface after mapping remains optimal.

Municipal solid waste management is a major challenge, especially in metropolises. This research focuses on a non-technical issue in municipal solid waste management named municipal solid waste separation at the source and seeks to find the best policy in terms of model results. Source separation for recycling has been recognized as a way to achieve sustainable municipal solid waste (MSW) manag...

In this paper, characterizations of the degree to which a mapping $mathcal{T} : L^{X}longrightarrow M$ is an $(L, M)$-fuzzy topology are studied in detail. What is more, the degree to which an $L$-subset is an $L$-open set with respect to $mathcal{T}$ is introduced.Based on that, the degrees to which a mapping $f: Xlongrightarrow Y$ is continuous, open, closed or a quotient mapping with respect t...

We continue our study of the characterization of existence of adjunctions (isotone Galois connections) whose codomain is insufficiently structured. This paper focuses on the fuzzy case in which we have a fuzzy ordering ρA on A and a surjective mapping f : 〈A,≈A〉 → 〈B,≈B〉 compatible with respect to the fuzzy equivalences ≈A and ≈B . Specifically, the problem is to find a fuzzy ordering ρB and a ...
