Cor triatriatum dexter is a rare cardiac abnormality in which the right atrium is subdivided into two distinct chambers. This anomaly is generally attributed to the persistence of the right sinus venosus valve and it is frequently associated with severe malformations of other right heart structures. The antemortem diagnosis of the membrane may be difficult and its presence is often only establi...
The representation theorem Cor F-transitive fuzzy relations is used to prove that the set of reflexive, symmetric and F -transitive fuzzy relations on a set X, F being an Archimedean t-norm, is dense in the set of Ztransitive relations on X. It is also shown that any similarity relation can be represented as a limit of a sequence of transitive relations with respect to Archimedean t-norms.

We present an adult patient with cor triatriatum (CTT) due to a left atrial (LA) membrane. Two-dimensional and real-time three-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography (3DE) were performed as well as echocardiographic examination after exercise. These non-invasive modalities provided a comprehensive anatomic and hemodynamic evaluation of the anomaly.
