We report a clinical case of Guillain-Barré syndrome associated with acute pancreatitis, and perform a review in literature about clinical complications related to Guillain-Barré syndrome. We suggest the possibility of being the events immunologically related.

Guillain-Barré syndrome is a rare neurological manifestation associated with dengue infection. More common antecedent infections include Campylobacter jejuni and Cytomegalovirus infection. Here, we report two cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome complicating dengue infection.

Some drugs including streptokinase have been reported to precipitate Guillain-Barré syndrome. We report a 70-year-old man with acute anterior myocardial infarction who developed Guillain-Barré syndrome seven days after thrombolytic therapy with streptokinase.
