This comment, written for a symposium on Rowan Cruft's Human Rights, Ownership, and the Individual, considers some aspects of discussion property. I suggest that Cruft glosses over certain complexities in this area, especially concerning relation between property other kinds right. question Cruft’s arguments about justifiability indeed whether he is really interested as such.
