Haematoma of the vulva may occur following blunt trauma due to its highly vascular structure. We present two cases of haematoma of the vulva caused by domestic violence, following a kick on the perineum and falling astride on the perineum. Evacuation of the haematoma and repair of lacerated tissues were successfully performed.

A 28-year-old multiparous lady presented to the Gynaecology outpatient department with a 12 × 5 cm warty growth in the vulva. A biopsy of the growth revealed condyloma acuminata of the vulva. Simple vulvectomy was done. A PCR of the specimen detected the presence of human papilloma virus (HPV)-16 which is usually considered as a high-risk HPV type for carcinogenesis.

Epithelioid sarcoma of vulva is extremely rare. Only 20 cases have been reported in the literature so far. Early diagnosis is difficult because of its benign appearance as a painless subcutaneous nodule. Therefore treatment can be delayed, although epithelioid sarcoma requires prompt surgery.
