Background: The Early-Onset Scoliosis Self-Report Questionnaire (EOSQ-SELF) is a novel self-report instrument to evaluate the health-related quality of life (HRQoL) early onset scoliosis (EOS) patients, as complementary HRQoL assessment tool for proxy-repot 24-item (EOSQ-24).
