In this work, we introduce a novel interactive tool for constructing phylogenetic trees, Phylogenetic Tree Construction package. The package supports four well-known algorithms, Unweighted Pair Group Method using Arithmetic average, Neighbor Joining, Fitch Margoliash, and Maximum Parsimony.
