新規血液透析導入患者30例を対象に,透析導入期の栄養摂取状況と栄養状態を把握した.導入前治療の有無で計画群/非計画群の2群に分けて比較した.全症例の栄養摂取状況は入院時・退院時ともに必要量を満たしておらず,導入期における慢性的な摂取量不足が示唆された.非計画群11例は計画群19例と比較し,入院日数が長期化しており腎不全症候を有する者が多く,導入期における有意な摂取量減少を認めた.したがって,透析導入時栄養食事指導では,患者が退院後も継続可能な食事療法を実現できるよう,CKD保存期の食生活や透析導入期の栄養摂取状況を踏まえた栄養教育を行う必要があると考える.
