Chemical compounds and drugs are often modelled as graphs where each vertex represents an atom of molecule, and covalent bounds between atoms are represented by edges between the corresponding vertices. This graph derived from a chemical compounds is often called its molecular graph, and can be different structures. In this paper, by virtue of mathematical derivation, we determine the fourth, f...
the first ($pi_1$) and the second $(pi_2$) multiplicative zagreb indices of a connected graph $g$, with vertex set $v(g)$ and edge set $e(g)$, are defined as $pi_1(g) = prod_{u in v(g)} {d_u}^2$ and $pi_2(g) = prod_{uv in e(g)} {d_u}d_{v}$, respectively, where ${d_u}$ denotes the degree of the vertex $u$. in this paper we present a simple approach to order these indices for connected graphs on ...
Recently introduced Zagreb coindices are a generalization of classical Zagreb indices of chemical graph theory. We explore here their basic mathematical properties and present explicit formulae for these new graph invariants under several graph operations.
The first and second zagreb indices of a graph G are defined as M1(G) = ∑ uv∈E(G) [deg(u) + deg(v)] (or equivalently ∑ u∈V (G) [deg(u)2] and M2(G) = ∑ uv∈E(G) [deg(u)deg(v)] respectively. In this paper, we have obtained the first and second zagreb indices of the generalized complementary prisms Gm+n,Gm,n,G m,m and Gm,m. MSC: 05C15, 05C38.
In this paper, the edge a-Zagreb indices and its coindices of some graph operations, such as generalized hierarchical product, Cartesian Product, join, composition of two graphs are obtained. Using the results obtained here, we deduce the F -indices and its coindices for the above graph operation. Finally, we have computed the edge a-Zagreb Index, F -index and their coindices of some important ...
Let G be a connected graph. The multiplicative Zagreb eccentricity indices of G are defined respectively as Π1(G) = ∏ v∈V (G) ε 2 G(v) and Π ∗ 2(G) = ∏ uv∈E(G) εG(u)εG(v), where εG(v) is the eccentricity of vertex v in graph G and εG(v) = (εG(v)) . In this paper, we present some bounds of the multiplicative Zagreb eccentricity indices of Cartesian product graphs by means of some invariants of t...
