In this paper, we propose a method, learning with adversary, to learn a robust network. Our method takes finding adversarial examples as its mediate step. A new and simple way of finding adversarial examples are presented and experimentally shown to be more ‘efficient’. Lastly, experimental results shows our learning method greatly improves the robustness of the learned network.

We introduce the desired speed variable into the table of games and formulate a new table of games and the corresponding discrete traffic kinetic model. We use the hybrid programming technique of VB and MATLAB to develop the program. Lastly, we compared the proposed model result and the detector data. The results show that the proposed model can describe the traffic flow evolution.

We show that the Choquet integral is the unique linear interpolator between vertices of the [0, 1] hypercube, using the least possible number of vertices. Related results by Lovász and Singer are discussed, as well as other interpolations. We show that the Choquet integral for bi-capacities can be also casted into this framework.
