The genera Foersteria Szépligeti, 1896 and Polydegmon Foerster, 1862 (Hymenoptera, Braconidae, Brachistinae) are recorded for the first time from China. A new species, Foersteria xinjiangensis Yan & Chen, sp. nov., is described and illustrated. A key to the Palaearctic species of Foersteria is given. In addition, Polydegmon sinuatus Foerster, 1862 is illustrated in detail for the first time.
Chelonus (Microchelonus) murici sp. nov. (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Cheloninae) is described in this work. It was reared from an unknown host in murici fruits, Byrsonima verbascifolia (L.) Rich. ex A. L. Juss. (Malpighiaceae), a species from the Brazilian savannah whose fruits are widely consumed by the population in northern Brazil. The adult of this new species is illustrated.
A second species of protorhyssaline wasps (Braconidae) is described and figured from inclusions in Upper Cretaceous (Turonian) amber of the Raritan Formation in New Jersey, USA. Rhetinorhyssalites emersoni, gen. n., sp. n., is distinguished from other protorhyssalines, particularly the contemporaneous Protorhyssalus goldmani.

(Coleoptera: Buprestidae), a twig-boring pest of Caragana korshinskii Kom. (Leguminosae) in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, NW China. Chorebus (Stiphrocera) hexomyzae sp. n. (Hymenoptera, Braconidae, Alysiinae, Dacnusini) is described and illustrated. It was reared from twig galls of Hexomyza caraganae Gu (Diptera, Agromyzidae) on Caragana korshinskii Kom. f. (Fabaceae) in Ningxia and Inner Mongolia (NW China). A partial key to related or similar Chorebus species is provided.
