A. Csaszar introduced and extensively studied the notion of generalized open sets. Following Csazar, we introduce a new notion hyperconnected. We study some specic properties about connected and hyperconnected in generalized topological spaces. Finally, we characterize the connected component in generalized topological spaces.

In this paper our focus is to study certain covering properties in topological spaces by using semi-open covers. A part of this article deals with Rothberger-type covering properties. The notions of s-Rothberger, almost s-Rothberger, star s-Rothberger, almost star s-Rothberger, strongly star s-Rothberger spaces are defined and corresponding properties are investigated.

In this paper, after reviewing some results in minimal space, some new results in this setting are given. We prove a generalized form of the Fan-KKM typetheorem in minimal vector spaces. As some applications, the open type of matching theorem and generalized form of the classical KKM theorem in minimal vector spaces are given.
