There is growing interest in deep eutectic solvents (DES) for both chemical synthesis and materials applications. However, there a general lack of understanding regarding what uniquely defines system as eutectic, more importantly, properties determine unique behavior. In this work, we identify the thermodynamic basis ideal eutectics relative to assumptions solutions. We then articulate new Solv...

We investigate perturbative thermodynamic geometry of nonextensive ideal classical, Bose, and Fermi gases. We show that the intrinsic statistical interaction of nonextensive Bose (Fermi) gas is attractive (repulsive) similar to the extensive case but the value of thermodynamic curvature is changed by a nonextensive parameter. In contrary to the extensive ideal classical gas, the nonextensive on...

In this work we obtain the thermodynamic properties of mixed (1-stearoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine) PC and (1-stearoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-l-serine (sodium salt)) PS monolayers. Measurements of compressibility (isotherms, bulk modulus, and excess area per molecule) and surface potential show that the properties of monolayers at the air-water interface depend on the concentr...

in recent years, there has been a growing interest among researchers to investigate the relationship betweenteacher self-efficacy and classroom behavior management, especially students misbehavior. therefore, this study aimed to comparatively investigate english and arabic teachers’ use of different behavior managementstrategies, their self-efficacy, and their success in an iranian context. th...

Systems do not elect thermodynamic pathways on their own. They operate in tandem with their surroundings. Pathway selection and traversal require coordinated work and heat exchanges along with parallel tuning of the system variables. Previous research by the author (Reference [1]) focused on the information expressed in thermodynamic pathways. Examined here is how spectral entropy is a by-produ...

A model of a quantum information source is proposed, based on the Gibbs ensemble of ideal (free) particles (bosons or fermions). We identify the (thermodynamic) von Neumann entropy as the information rate and establish the classical Lempel–Ziv universal coding algorithm in Grassberger’s form for such a source. This generalises the Schumacher theorem to the case of non-IID qubits.

Based on the Tsallis entropy, the nonextensive thermodynamic properties are studied as a qdeformation of classical statistical results using only probabilistic methods and straightforward calculations. It is shown that the constant in the Tsallis entropy depends on the deformation parameter and must be redefined to recover the usual thermodynamic relations. The notions of variance and covarianc...

A Bose gas in an external potential is studied by means of the local density approximation. Analytical results are derived for the thermodynamic properties of an ideal Bose gas in a generic power-law trapping potential, and their dependence on the mutual interaction of atoms in the case of a non-ideal Bose gas. New developments in science and industry are aided by accurate knowledge of the behavior of important substances. The great abundance of chemical processes and comX pounds in which hydrogen is involved make it of particular interest. The experimental and derived data presented here for hydrogen extend over a large range of temperature. Low temperatures are required for the liquid and solid, and...

The thermodynamic properties of a non-interacting ideal Hadron Resonance Gas (HRG) finite volume have been studied in the presence an external magnetic field. inclusion background field calculation potential is done by modification dispersion relations charged hadrons terms Landau quantization. generalized Matsubara prescription has employed to take into account size effects which periodic (ant...
