این رساله به دو بخش تقسیم شده است: بخش اول به تحلیل عوامل فرار دختران می پردازد. این بخش خود به دو فصل دیگر تقسیم می شود، الف: آشنایی با پدیده فرار دختران و ب: بررسی عوامل فرار دختران. بخش دوم به بررسی پیامدهای فرار دختران و واکنش جامعه در قبال آن می پردازد. در انتهای رساله نیز نتیجه گیری کلی و ارزیابی نهایی و همچنین پیشنهاداتی برای اصلاح و درمان این پدیده می پردازد.
