Prolapse of the ureterocele and its presentation as a vulval mass is an extremely rare condition. There are no detailed imaging findings of such cases in the literature. We present voiding cystourethrography and MRI findings of a newborn girl with a ureterocele extending through the urethra.

A prostatic utricle cyst is an epithelial lined diverticulum arising from the prostatic urethra and usually asymptomatic when small. When enlarged, it may be symptomatic and is typically accompanied by hypospadias. We present a case of a markedly enlarged prostatic utricle in a neonate without hypospadias, demonstrated on voiding cystourethrography (VCUG), ultrasound, and 1.5 Tesla MRI.

Epididymo-orchitis is an uncommon complication of posterior urethral valve. A four-year-old boy was admitted because of right-sided epididymo-orchitis. Scintigraphy of the scrotum showed increased uptake of radiotracer on the right side. The posterior urethral valve was disclosed by voiding cystourethrography.
