electronic wastes (e-wastes) is the most rapidly growing segment of the municipal waste stream. e- wastes comprise 2-5 percent of municipal solid wastes, including many different electronic products. iran is the biggest consumer of electronic products in middle east. approximately, 1.2 million computers are assembled in iran every year. there are more than 40 million active cell phones in iran....

The most frequently used approach to produce single-chain Fv fragments (scFv) and Fab in Escherichia coli is to express them in the periplasm of the bacteria. We present here an alternative procedure that uses cytoplasmic expression of soluble active scFv. This can be accomplished by using either specially engineered E. coli strains or hyperstable scFvs.
