If g(t) is a three-dimensional Ricci flow solution, with sectional curvatures that are O(t) and diameter that is O(t 1 2 ), then the pullback Ricci flow solution on the universal cover approaches a homogeneous expanding soliton.

In this paper, we prove that the Lp essential spectra of the Laplacian on functions are [0,+∞) on a noncompact complete Riemannian manifold with non-negative Ricci curvature at infinity. The Ricci soliton condition reduces to a set of ODEs when one assumes that the metric is a doubly-warped product of a ray with a sphere and an Einstein manifold. If the Einstein manifold has positive Ricci curvature, we show there is a one-parameter family of solutions which give complete non-compact Ricci solitons.

In this paper, we study the dilation limit of solutions to the Ricci flow on manifolds with nonnegative curvature operator. We first show that such a dilation limit must be a product of a compact ancient Type I solution of the Ricci flow with flat factors. Then we show under the Type I normalized Ricci flow, the compact factor has a subsequence converge to a Ricci soliton.
