In this paper, we introduce certain Jiang-type subgroups of the fundamental group of a transformation group introduced by F. Rhodes. We define equivariant evaluation subgroups of the higher Rhodes groups. Relations between Gottlieb-Fox groups and these equivariant evaluation subgroups are also studied.
