We construct the exchange gate with small elementary gates on the space of qudits, which consist of three controlled shift gates and three ”reverse” gates. This is a natural extension of the qubit case. We also consider a similar subject on the Fock space, but in this case it is not clear what elementary gates are. We present some related problems.

in this paper, construction rules of the root locus of a positive feedback system whose loop transfer function is not strictly proper have been investigated. the root locus method is being used since 1950. it is demonstrated that some of the steps in this technique are not general and for a positive feedback system whose loop transfer function is not strictly proper are not valid. to overcome t...

The authors examined observers steering through a series of obstacles to determine the role of active gaze in shaping locomotor trajectories. Participants sat on a bicycle trainer integrated with a large field-of-view simulator and steered through a series of slalom gates. Steering behavior was determined by examining the passing distance through gates and the smoothness of trajectory. Gaze mon...

Not long ago, city gates and entryways had high spatial value and were among the landmarks for marking city boundaries. Today with cities having been expanded and developed, such aspect of the entrance concept is lost and entryways are turned to passages for transportation. In fact, the rich spatial value of such entrances has decreased as they are solely spaces for passing through out or into ...
